WORST COURIER SERVICE

I had a package which was supposed delivered Tuesday 06.06.2023 however, this package wasn't delivered personally to me. This was said be delivered to some other person who I have no knowledge of (No contact details or Full name of the person). Raised a query with the online service team and 3 days later this query still hasn't been solved. Always the worst service from this courier and this isn't the first time.
