Worst courier. Read other reviews. Painfully Obvious

I paid for express delivery and made sure I was home today and 100% available as I know these couriers can be fickle, but Dawn Wing in my opinion has been the worst one by far! They tried to contact me and the phone rang for about 5 seconds. So I immediately phoned customer service and they told me in a bored tone "the courier has already left the area" (in less than 5 minutes?) The only thing stupid about this situation is people being in jobs they have no passion for and waste their time and mine. I usually don't write reviews like this, but some companies have no sense of pride or an ounce of logical reasoning going on, I am 20 years old and by far way more competent and reasonable, which is shocking!

Why should we accept situations like this? Going on constantly with no thought of improvement at all??

Might as well through my package over my gate and honk, I'm sure the couriers wouldn't mind.
