Worst courier delivery service- Dawn Wing

Never in my life have I experienced such bad service from a courier. I received an sms on Saturday to say my parcel would be delivered today, 30 Jan. However wrong address as I have moved. I contacted the call center and was told it was changed. I got an out for delivery message today and guess what....... WRONG ADDRES!!!!! I used the website to change the address and the delivery person called and then left... WITH MY PATCEL!!!! I sent an email asking for the address to be changed and was told it was done and would be delivered by close of business. I then called at 4pm to find out when it will arrive and the agent was rude, hostile and sarcastic.... IF I DO NOT RECIEVE MY PACKAGE BY THE END OF TOMORROW, 31 Jan, I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER!!!!!!!!! I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND OUTRAGED AT THIS LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE AND INEFFICIENCY!!!!!!
