Worst Courier Company, pathetic service

Worst courier company ever. Ordered clothes with Mr Price and was expecting delivery on friday the 21st of August. Nothing was delivered and nobody even contacted me until Monday the 24th of August. A gentleman from Dawnwing contacted me and asked if I would be at home the following day for delivery whereby I confirmed I would be. On Tuesday still nothing, on Wednesday still nothing. On Thursday morning I get an sms with my tracking number stating it has been delivered???? Who signed for the parcel, where is the POD? I did not receive my parcel and nobody contacted me to confirm delivery? Did you deliver my parcel to some random person?? I contacted your offices telephonically today and got cut-off, I have sent 3 emails and nobody could even bother to get back to me. This is unacceptable, I demand an answer from you guys urgently. Your service is pathetic
