Worst courier company in SA!!! Stay away

Very *********** staff. I was expecting a package on 1 July 2020 which I ordered online from Loot. They called me at the security gate of my Estate so that they could be let in to deliver. The driver does not end up delivering, when I call the branch it takes forever for the staff to answer the call. I tracked the package later on in the day, there is mention of a failed delivery with a reason being no one at home. This is an absolute lie as I didn't hear anyone knock on my door. If they did and I did not answer, why couldn't they call me like other courier companies do? The same thing happened on 2 July 2020. Failing to understand how companies like this can stay in business with such poor service. I would not recommend this courier company at all. Loot should also take note of this and not use courier companies such as these as now I am not keen on ordering online from them because of the courier companies they've partnered with.
