Worst courier company in SA

Terrible service. The lady in charge of accounts is extremely rude and expects large deposits for prepaid accounts, even though there's no minimum requirement in order to send parcels. Most parcels were late, drivers **** to my clients and I actually lost clients due to their bad service. I received invoices 2 months after I paid the amount due on the final statement received and was expected to pay immediately even though the invoices were late. I was also charged for sizes larger than my actual parcel sizes and when I asked about it, it was basically ignored by telling me no credit was due on any parcels. Every other problem I've had with other courier companies is now seen as minor due to my experience with Dawnwing.
