Worst courier company EVER!

It feels like I'm dealing with a ********** company. I received a notice that my parcel was out for delivery and have still not received it two weeks later. They present poor communication with their cliental, and do not update the tracking on a regular basis. My parcel keeps getting scanned into the cage, will it ever be delivered?
