WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER

To give this company one star is being generous! They are by far the worst, slowest, most unprofessional courier company I've ever had to deal with. A parcel was sent to me on Wednesday, overnight express. It is now Saturday and I am STILL WAITING FOR THE PARCEL TO ARRIVE!!! I have phoned them close to 80 times over the past two and a half days, but their consultants are useless, rude and unprofessional. Each one telling me a different story as to when I will receive my parcel! They never answer any of the emails you send them. They make promises to phone you back with updates - Never happens! They claim that they tried to make delivery on multiple occasions, yet nobody phoned me to say they are en route or have arrived!! No sms to say we are outside your home, nothing!! And I would know because I was at home waiting to receive my parcel! They don't even bother phoning to set up a suitable delivery time seeing that they claim they tried to make delivery, but it was unsuccessful!! THEY ARE *****!! HONESTLY HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO DELIVER A PARCEL!? I would never recommend anyone to make use of your pathetic excuse for what you call a service!!!
