Worst courier company ever.

Placed an order on the 20th of March and my parcel was collected by dawn wing on the 23rd of March, paid for 2-3 delivery. On the 25th of March I got an email stating that they do not service my area on specific days then got an email on the 27th of March at 5pm stating that they are closed due to lockdown. On the 25th of March we phoned and enquired about when I would receive my parcel and they asked for contact details and said they would get back to us and never did. We spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to get ahold of dawn wing today , and nobody even bothered to answer the phone. This service is absolutely pathetic and customer service is even worse. Dawn wing do you know what paying for 2-3 day delivery means? Obviously not.
