Worst Courier Company

Probably the worst and most unprofessional courier company around.

Received an SMS this morning (Friday) informing me that my parcel would be delivered during the day. Looked at the address on the link and it was incorrect, so I corrected it.

Waited the whole day and no delivery. Tried contacting the call center a few times after 4pm and finally got hold of someone. When I tracked my parcel, it said that delivery was unsuccessful and that I would receive a call from the company. 11:40pm and I'm still waiting.

When I spoke to the agent, she said that the address was incomplete and therefore the courier guy couldn't make the delivery. They have my contact details. Why not call?

Agent blamed incorrect address on the company I made the purchase from, however, all correspondence from them has my correct details.

So now who knows when my parcel will be delivered, if ever. What was supposed to take 2-3 business days has been dragged on, taking into consideration the public holidays. Living in a major city, should have ensured faster delivery.
