Worst courier company and staff
This is the worst company I have dealt with ever! The delivery guy was so helpless and don't know what customer service is or even mean. He phoned me 7/10/2020 @ 16:04 to deliver my package but I was already at work for I work at an indoor sports arena in Secunda not even 10min from my house and I start working @ 13:30. I asked him to deliver at my work address he said it's fine he has a few more deliveries around my home area that is also in Secunda and then he will come to my work address and deliver my package, but he never pitched and he never informed me. This morning I had to phone him and ask him what happened so he gave me a ton of excuses that he got stuck in traffic in Evander and what ever else he used as excuses so i told him that I waited after he said he will deliver at my work address. I asked him if he has my package with him and he said yes he will deliver my package around 10:00 I have to be at work earlier today so I phoned him @ 11:01 and asked him where he is coz it's an houer later so again with excuses he tells me can't deliver coz the key is locked in the back and the he dropped the phone in my ear I asked for a manager or supervisor phone number he said he phoned them to explain so again I asked for the number he then said to me he does not have the number so I asked him how did he phone them then and he said that they told him not to give out the number. Please tell how this is customer service? I phoned him again asking him how long is this going to take coz I have to get to work amd he said he is driving to VW to ask them to cut the key. I have no idea how he was driving if he told me that the key is locked in the back. I am really not happy or impressed with this person or even this pathetic company that has no sense of customer service at all. I tried phoning the number *** on Google but the number does not even work. I will not recomend this company to anyone ever and I will certainly hope that the company sending me the package will make use of another courier company like The Courier Guy. They have excellent customer service
