WORST COURIER COMPANY
most pathetic customer service, I have called 5 times in the last 15mins to track my parcel and every single time the phone either just rings or the call is being dropped on me after someone answers<br> I am extremely unhappy, no contact is made to advise how far your parcel is and timeframe for delivery as stated on your website is 1-3days, sadly to say delivery was requested on Friday the 4th December already and all it says on your website is that it has been dispatched
