Worst courier company ...

Trash courier service... what a waste of time. I have been waiting for a parcel for over a week now, tracking order is a waste of time. I called the company today to find out how far my parcel is in which I was assured that I would receive it today, I obviously will not get it today as its in the evening now so I guess I will have to wait for the weekend to pass then play the waiting game again next week.
