WORST courier

What PATHETIC service! What a shame to call this company a courier company!!!! After taking more than a week to deliver a parcel after promises daily that it will come "tomorrow" last week Thursdays "tomorrow" finally happened today... Parcel came in drips and drabs... guys delivering were rude, claimed they tried calling, when I asked them to confirm my number, they dialed incorrectly, didnt even apologize!!!

I wish I could attach pictures of how my parcel arrived, they Pine Gel ordered has been smashed and leaked ALL over the inside of the box! You can see they knew they did wrong the way its wrapped, and there is clearly a sign that says FRAGILE!!!!
