Worst Courier!!!!

2 Shipments were dispatched on 23/11, one shipment for Kimberly and one for Dubran. One collection number for both shipments. Neither were delivered and not getting answers, no tracking information available. No answers from customer care and no callbacks as promised. Pathetic service. Websites not user friendly and customer service non existent.
