Worst company in the universe!!!

Worst experience I have ever had with any company in my life. I wish I could give them zero stars. Do yourself a favour and don't make use of their services. I had someone ship me something through Yaga, pictures of the item was sent to me beforehand and there was nothing wrong with it. After it was delivered it was so badly damaged. I followed up daily and till today I have achieved nothing. They are not helpful and will ignore your issue. They will place you on hold till the end of days. There is no senior person to address any issues with. I still follow up, they just closed my tracking number and case as if nothing ever happened. They will ignore you and take no responsibility and just hope you go away. If you don't, you will just speak to different people every time, explaining your situation repeatedly to no avail. They refuse to cc me in any emails as it's apparently against company policy, however I feel it's just because there is no email being sent or it's just being ignored. I wish Yaga and other companies would just stop making use of their services and see what a horrible experience they are creating for their users.
