Worse International Priced Customs Release

The international / customs department is the worst “service” department I have ever dealt with. They continue to put the blame on the SARS for their over priced release of the clothing. Their description to and method of Dawnwing calculating the customs value, is not clear. No SARS document to confirm the value of items. They keep referring to my parcels being flagged that is the reason I am paying the same value as my clothing items. South Africa continues to rob the people, you are the worst democratic state to date. No regard for your people, forever robbing us every opportunity you get.
