Worse ever courier service!

Its been a week of making arrangements trying to get Dawn Wing to deliver a package. I have paid for a service which is costing me more than I bargained for. Making arrangements to be available but then nobody pitches with the delivery. It also seems as if in the DAWN WING universe, everybody sits at home doing, nothing and waiting on a delivery. Unfortunately we also need to work because the more I say there is nobody to receive the package, the more they insist. Nobody follows up on failed deliveries. The point of the whole thing was to have the delivery on time which, unfortunately is way past! First impressions count and you made sure it does. Thanks for nothing. I will insist on a refund from courier and sender!
