Worse Courier Company

Worst courier company ever to deal with. I had two deliveries that had to be made to a customer who urgently need the supplements. Upon tracking the parcel online it said "Your parcel is out for delivery" time 09:29.Then at 09:47 the status was changed to "We are unable to successfully complete the delivery of your parcel" with additional info stating "Receiver/Sender Rescheduled". I was surprised and the receiver said they did not receive any notification of the parcel being on its way for delivery. I then called the *** and the operator said the parcel was scheduled for delivery before 5pm today however it was just not updated on the sytem.As the day progressed I called again this time the operator was rude and shouted at me saying they could not hear my voice and that my parcel will be delivered on Wednesday. While I was still speaking she dropped the phone. How can two operators give me different information about the same parcel? Also the other parcel's status has been "on floor" for four days?..I will not recommend this courier company to anyone.
