WORSE COMMUNICATION SKILLS OF ANY COURIER SERVICE

I am forced to rate a 1 star where no stars are supposed to be awarded for the utmost worse courier service ever. You cannot get hold of them by any means. Emails they do not answer. Call back requests are ignored. Phone calls, oh my word...you are currently no 38 on the line and waiting time is estimated at 42 minutes. And then, wait, because you cannot believe it, you are cut off!! Check delivery time table....within 1 to 3 working days, add 1 day if it is remote area. Well, it has been 5 days now and status still says not manifested yet. What the hell! I will never ever use them again and I will also advertise high and low to anyone not to use them. Terrible terrible service.
