Wonderful service

<p>Somehow, I always manage to experience problems when using courier services. But not with Dawn Wing. I have received many parcels from them and have never experienced any problems. They deliver promptly and I always know where my parcel is. On the day of delivery, I receive an sms with the option of arranging for another delivery date. The sms also lets me know who is going to deliver the parcel and what the vehicle's registration number is. When they are close to my home, a receive a notification in which I can track the delivery vehicle. And I never receive a million calls asking for directions to my address. I also want to thank Duncan for his professionalism and friendliness when delivering the parcels. I wish I could choose Dawn Wing as courier for all my online shopping.</p>
