Why does no-one respond to queries?
I have logged online queries, sent emails and no-one responds. All i want to know is, what is the payment amount needed to release my package from customs? And who should it be paid to? Usually a courier sends you an invoice, but not DPD (Dawn Wing).

All goods shipped Internationally are charged rates and tariffs by SARS for Custom Duties. This amount is given to us directly from SARS, and we cannot change this amount.
We will forward your contact details to our International Department so that they can send you the invoice.
