Why bother sending mails

WHY do you send out an email atb730am on day of delivery - with a question, if you are not able to receive the order, please indicate another date. This was done at 730am. Then you have an option of "please call me", which i pressed to ensure my instruction was received and auctioned. At 7pm, 12 hours later, I get a mail saying "your parcel couldn't be delivered because there was no one home". I don't understand why you ask customers to take time to change information and you don't bother to action it!!!

I have read reviews about your bad service, and I was hopeful, but sadly you lived up to every bad review!
