Why are you in business?

I enquired at the company if an urgent delivery could be done. I was told it could, but I had to wait for the quote to be sent to me via email. Over 24hrs later quote still not received. Phoning them, begging and pleading was of no use. Clearly they don't understand the meaning of urgent doesn't matter the cost. I hope no person dies on their hands.... As some people would depend on a delivery of their chronic mediation that was forgotten at home.... And had to be couriered to them. Horrible and disgusting service. Clearly not interested in business.
