Who's the real *****

These couriers claimed they had delivered my parcel but I never received it. When they finally did, the courier requested to take a picture of me to confirm that I received my parcel - made me feel very incriminated.

Box wasn't sealed - was never requested to sign the waybill..

Makro uses them for their online promotions - after my experience I will never be making use of their services again.
