Who is more useless? DPD Laser or Crocs?

I ordered a product from Crocs on 5 December 2022. The parcel was given to DPD Laser / Dawn Wing the next day. Since then, I have had messages and no-shows 6 times. No attempt was made to contact me, as would be expected after having trouble with delivery. I tried the phn number attached to the delivery notice without any success. The system kept me hanging and bumped me from the queue several times. There is no other way to get hold of anyone. I have since contacted Crocs several times and have been placated with messages saying: 'We have contacted the courier to arrange immediate delivery.' And, after demanding a refund: 'We have requested the parcel be returned to sender. Once we receive the parcel, pls provide bank details for a refund.' Weeks later... I am still without my order and am still receiving promises of delivery daily, without success. I don't know who to believe... DPD Laser? Dawn Wing? Crocs? Surely a well-known brand such as Crocs knows better than to use a useless courier service!
