Where is my parcel RS498485
<p>I had ordered two items from runway sale both handed over to the courier dawn wing over the weekend I received one and one is still in Cape Town with no movement since Sunday this is utterly ridiculous</p>

The shipment in question was processed on the 11th of December and was on forwarded to Durban on Monday evening. We can confirm that it arrived in our Durban offices this morning at 06:19 and is due for delivery today.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Your two parcels were sent on different waybills and at different times therefore the one arrived before the other. We will personally give you a call to advise the delivery of the second parcel. It has however arrived in Durban this morning.
