Where is my parcel?

I am SUPER dissapointed with this service. First of all, why is the phones not working? My parcel have been arrived at their depot in JHB on the 7th of May. On the10th of May parcel arrived at CPT which was amazing because I'm receiving my parcel. Since then my parcel has "left Dawn Wing" twice and still no delivery. No one have called me either. VERY dissapointed. Were super excited to receive my parcel, but now just feels like an hopeless case.
