Where Is My Parcel

I have been waiting for a parcel from Dawn Wing since Monday, the 2nd of September. On Monday they sent me an sms to say they'll deliver but did not. On Tuesday morning I received yet another sms to say they'll deliver; I called them to find out if they will be delivering and they said yes, by 17h00. That did not happen. To make things worse, they do not communicate with their clients until you call them to ask about the service for which you have paid. Today is Wednesday, the 4th of September, and once again, I had to chase after them to get my parcel delivered.
