??????? Where is my parcel.

<p>I have been trying to find my Spree parcel that Dawn Wing says their driver Lesly Tshabalala delivered to my doorstep.</p> <p>I have been calling them for 2 days now and I haven't gotten any feedback as to where my parcel is and if the driver has collected it where ever he left it. Talk of bad service delivery, they have made my shopping online a nightmare. </p> <p>The customer care agents are not helpful at all. How do you get assistance, it feels like I am trying to squeeze blood out of biltong. Please, I need to know what's going on???????????</p>
