WHERE IS MY PARCEL

I am SUPER disappointed with this service. First of all, why are phones not working? My parcel is wit the depot in JHB since the 8th of May and no movement. You no one can tell where is the parcel. Cape Town branch was helpful and said they will send an email and nothing yet. This is the baddest service ever received from a courier company. You might as well close your doors.
