WHERE IS MY PARCEL??

Called on Friday (02/10/2015) to find out where my parcel was because the site tracker kept returning errors. Was told it was out for delivery - received nothing by 14h00 so called again at 14h30 and was told they would follow up with the driver and call me back - obviously no one called me back. Tracked on Saturday (03/10/2015) and saw a \Reason 24: Not at Home"- this is a joke as I was at the office until 20h00 on Friday evening.<br> <br> Tracked again this morning and no change"
