Where is a my parcel???

I have been calling Dawn Wing numerous times from the 3rd of December 2015 until today 8th of December 2015.<br> <br> This courier is absolutely useless with their customer service, as they have no idea where my parcel. They advise they will call you back, but never do so - I called them more, and they still have clue. It seems they have lost an expensive delivery, and I have already written to the retailer CNA/Edcon. <br> <br> I have purchased from Amazon, Spree, Takealot and other sites - and when my orders are delivered by DHL, RAM, Fedex, Fastway, Timefreight I have no issues. I don't understand how Dawn Wing is a leading organisation, as they don't whats going on with this simple order. <br> <br>
