What type of courier company is this??

I received my tracking number on friday for the groupon product - Waybill Number : PNJ***. I was tracking it on monday afternoon it said parcel scanned in parcel received by hub when I phoned Sibusiso he said the parcel was going to Soweto and then some other excuse of a company name. They have the correct address but come up with excuses for the delivery. I phoned this morning again and still this has not gone out for delivery.<br> <br> REALLY PATHETIC SERVICE THIS IS REALLY NOT A COURIER SERVICE! i WANT MY PARCEL TODAY AS I AM GOING ON HOLIDAY!
