What is the use of parcel tracking if you never update it?

Just a suggestion.

Consumers pay for shipping for a reason. If we didnt want to pay, we'd use SAPO who does not offer tracking. and we all know what a mess SAPO is. You guys offer tracking, but it is crazy unreliable. Its like your staff doesn't scan/ update your systems. On my side it shows that my package is still in transit from JHB. On your side my package arrived at the destination depot and is out on delivery.

Please update. that's what the tracking functionality is for.
