What a hopeless Courier !

Horrible Service! Items ordered online (store used Dawn Wing). Used express delivery option and items had to be delivered today. Got an SMS saying it could not be delivered as there is an address error. The address is 100% correct. I always use it when i order online (even Dawn Wing has delivered here many times before).

I called in to have it sorted out and was told i will be contacted but nothing so i went online to chat to one of the agents and she was very unhelpful. I then tried again and was advised that they would be in contact but as you can guess nothing again. Now i can't even get through to anyone anymore.

The service from Dawn Wing is just bad from delivery to customer care. I am always picking up some issue with Dawn Wing
