We are not your slaves

Having my online order in the hands of Dawn wing has been a nightmare for me, Its like you are now a slave to them, they do not communicate that they are on their way , they just expect you to be stuck at home waiting for them every single day. If they arrive they at the gate and hoot, and no one comes to the gate they beep with a landline or maybe an attempted call i do not know....When i called back to the landline I am told that we have no way to communicate with the delivery guy so that we can arrange collection and they can not give me his details either that we can arrange another delivery attempt instead I was told "this is how the system works"......this was on the 25th of November, 26th of November i spend the whole day at home waiting for my parcel, only to receive another beep again and no delivery at all.

To Dawn Wing with contact number ***, I want you to know that i am really ****ed off with this way of "this is how the system works"...I need my parcel delivered or I will get to the bottom of this, we are your clients, we are not slaves of the courier services
