No one is willing to help me find my parcel. Apparently it was dispatched to the Westrand!!! I LIVE IN THE WESTRAND. I'm failing to understand why it should take this long esp because of the proximity of the dispatch to my house.... Why do you not do business logically. Economy or not, I should have my package. Not waiting for it because it's so close. I'm extremely annoyed.... Really how long would it take to deliver one small package?????? Oh and your call centre workers are terrible and not helpful at all. I will never recommend this service to anyone.
