Waybill UA*** TERRIBLE SERVICE

We used them to ship an online parcel for our business. The parcel left us on 18 December and is yet to be delivered. We are dealing with Louisa, she has been non-responsive and is not giving us any feedback. Seems like they cannot locate our package and my customer is now insisting on a refund! We will not be using Dawn Wing for our business again.
