Waiting for parcel for 3 weeks now

Terrible terrible terrible. Someone sent a parcel via them and for over 3 weeks now the parcel hasn't arrived. I called and was told the parcel had a incorrect address and I gave it to them twice just called and I'm told the same thing. Some Thomas guy will call me back, I've been waiting for his call..how much longer am I going to wait for this parcel I don't know..
