Waiting for Dawn Wing

I ordered goods from Clicks. I received a "your package will be delivered today" SMS and my package only arrived 5 days later. I called Dawn Wing call centre, requested the driver contact me regarding the delivery, he did not. I called the distribution centre who was handling my package, no answer. I called the call centre again but the operator couldn't hear me. I ordered goods from Makro and I got a "package handed over to courier" notification on Thursday, it is now the following Tuesday and I still haven't even received my "your package is on its way" SMS. I don't understand why large companies make use such a poor delivery service. Would not recommend using Dawn Wing.
