Waiting 2 days for an OVERNIGHT EXPRESS PARCEL TO BE COLLECTED

I have booked an overnight express parcel 2 days ago. I called dawn wing 3 times today and every time I get a different story. I was told the parcel will be collected by 4 today. its now 17:48. I called at 17:00 and they then told me the driver has already left my area. WTH whose problem is that? I booked yesterday already!!!!!!My client needs her parcel tomorrow or I will lose this deal.
