waiting 12 days for delivery

I been waiting 12 days now for my parcel to be delivered which is at dawn wing. <br> When I look at the way bill it kept saying know one was at home and that i wasn't answering my cell, however this is not true, as there is always someone at home and i haven't received any phone calls from them. I think this is unacceptable, not only are they delivering late but they lying as well. I will not deal with this company in future as they most probably the worst delivery company ever!
