Very unprofessional

Someone from office calls me and say that they have my parcel to deliver and address is wrong. While I am trying to explain to him it is correct by I stay in a complex and they won't let me in, he just says "Ngiyakuyeka" and dropped. Very unprofessional and ****es me off because I had never chose them to deliver but Loot.co.za.
