VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE
I got an SMS regarding delivery of parcel and had stayed home to receive but they didnt deliver. No call was made to explain . i called them this morning but all i could get was they dont know why it was wasnt delivered. am still waiting for someone to call me. This is the second time this is happening. last time i had to go and collect from there offices. VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE

30 Oct 2023, 18:40It is unfavorable for pnp to promote products that are unavailable in their store. I made purchases based on specific items, while others were merely additional. Subsequently, they modified the order after the payment was processed, resulting in the non-receipt of my order. Despite attempting to cancel the order, I was unable to locate the cancellation option. I feel deceived as this constitutes false advertising, and no order was received despite the deduction of funds from my account. I will refrain from using the app in the future and opt for the checkers app instead. The service and app provided by pnp are disheartening.
