Very poor service from Dawn wing courier company

What a poor service from this company, we arranged that they will collect a parcel at my address on the 6/01/2025. On the morning of this date they sent a message stating that they will collect the parcel, I waited from morning at 17:20 on the 6/01/2025 I called to findout why they did not collect. The lady who answered my call said they are coming they collect till 18:00 but nothing happened. The following day 7th they sent the same message again they did not collect and the was no communication. On the 8th I called again trying to get them to collect but I got a very stinky attitude from the lady who answered and she dropped my call.
