Very poor service

<p>I havr ordered an item that has been delivered at Dawn Wing Hatfield and I called Dawn Wing at 8:30 in the morning to confirm if the item is delivered,they confirmed that it has been deleivered. I then called around 12 midday again to inform them that I am on my way to come fetch it..To.my suprise,when I got to their offices,my order could not be located or traced. I waited for more than 30 minutes for my item and still not have it. This is a **** service, what kind of a courier company is this?cant even trace an item...keep on tellin me that they dont hav answers for me</p>
