Very poor service

Good Morning

Since Friday I have been waiting for a delivery receiving smse's daily. Too see online I was unavailable when they called friday. No one called me once regarding this delivery. Yesterday I called Pretoria call centre spoke to Lerato she was supposed to call the courier guy and update me still waiting for her call with an update. As per notes my cell number is there as well as notes that I am here till 16h00 every day. Also they put my delivery address wrong. I have updated this, can some one give me an update I am tired of mailing calling and phoning.
