Very late delivery and no explanation

I bought a dishwasher at Game on the 24th of November. The item left dawnwing on the 2nd of Dec. No updates after that. It is now the 8th of December. After calling Dawnwing, I'm referred to Time Freight because it's their driver, no response from them. I need my dishwasher , please sort this out
