very frustrated customer

You guys are so useless and your stuff lake customer services skills. Am sick and tired of calling you to update my address and they went and messed it up even worse. I've been receiving smses showing that my package is going to an incorrect address for day now. I am going to cancel my order cause I cant keep on losing more money trying to contact you guys.
